CM3 Building Solutions:
24 #1 Rankings After a 67-Page Local SEO Buildout
CM3 Building Solutions serves organizations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey across building automation, HVAC, energy, security, technology, and related facility services. With that many services and markets, the SEO challenge was much larger than optimizing a handful of pages.
The goal was to build a scalable Service Area structure that connected CM3’s actual services with the counties it serves while giving each page its own search purpose, useful content, and clear path back to the company’s core expertise.
The project included page architecture, keyword-to-page targeting, localized content, title tags and meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, internal linking, WordPress implementation, and final page-level SEO review.
The Results
Nearly one-quarter of CM3’s 97 tracked keywords currently hold the top position.
More than 40% of the tracked keyword set appears on Google’s first page.
Search visibility increased during the tracked rollout period through August 3, 2026.
A local search foundation spanning 14 county markets in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

What’s Included in Our SEO Packages
Every page has different SEO needs. Our packages scale from essential optimization to deeper keyword research, content improvements, image SEO, internal linking, and technical enhancements for more competitive pages.
Page-Level SEO Review
We review the selected page for titles, headings, content depth, internal links, images, and technical signals. Review depth depends on the package level.
Competitor + SERP Intent Review
Growth and Authority packages include deeper review of what Google is rewarding for the target search so the page is aligned with real search intent.
Keyword-to-Page Alignment
We align the page with the right primary and supporting keywords so each page has a clear purpose and does not compete with other pages on the site.
Staging Workflow + Testing
When implementation is included, updates are completed on a staging copy first, reviewed, tested, and then pushed live cleanly.
Titles, Meta + Heading Structure
Every package includes the core page signals: stronger title tags, meta descriptions, and cleaner H1/H2 structure for search engines and visitors.
Internal Linking + Content Improvements
Higher-level packages strengthen internal links and improve thin or weak content sections to support topical relevance and conversions.
Image SEO + Accessibility Cleanup
Image SEO can include alt text cleanup, better file names, and image sourcing depending on the package level and page needs.
SEO Roadmap + Next Steps
For larger or competitive pages, we provide clear next steps for technical fixes, content opportunities, local SEO improvements, and future page work.

Frequently Asked Questions
On-page SEO is the work done directly on your website pages, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, internal links, image names, alt text, schema, and other page-level improvements that help search engines and visitors understand the page.
Because it’s the foundation. If pages are thin, unclear, or poorly structured, tracking and “SEO tools” won’t move the needle. Solid on-page work improves relevance, click-through rate, and conversions—and it makes every future marketing effort more effective.
Once changes are implemented and indexed, many sites see movement within a few weeks. Competitive searches can take longer. We focus on measurable improvements and clean execution—not unrealistic guarantees.
Yes. Local visibility starts on-page. We align service and location pages, strengthen internal linking, improve local relevance signals, and make your business context clearer for both search engines and visitors.
Absolutely. You keep full ownership and access. We implement changes cleanly and document what we did so your team can maintain it—or we can handle ongoing updates if you prefer.
Yes. Ongoing SEO support is optional after the initial page optimization work is complete. Monthly support can include tracking, reporting, content updates, technical fixes, and additional page optimization as needed.
Not always. On-page SEO improves the site you already have. If your site is outdated, broken, or built on a shaky foundation, we may recommend a redesign first so you’re not paying to optimize something that can’t compete.
We charge per page based on the type of business, page value, competition level, and amount of SEO work needed. Startups and small businesses may only need essential cleanup and optimization, while growing companies and competitive service pages may need deeper keyword research, content expansion, image SEO, internal linking, schema, and stronger local SEO signals. After the project is complete, ongoing SEO support is optional.
We recommend the package based on your business stage, page type, competition level, keyword difficulty, and how much content or cleanup is needed. Startups and small businesses often fit Foundation, growing local businesses often fit Growth, and competitive city, county, or service pages may need Authority-level work.
No. The packages are built for different business needs and page goals. Foundation is best for startups and small businesses that need the essentials cleaned up, Growth is for growing local businesses that need stronger page optimization, and Authority is for competitive service or location pages that need a deeper buildout.
We usually prioritize the pages that can bring in leads: the home page, core service pages, service-area pages, location pages, and other high-intent pages that should rank, convert, and support your overall SEO strategy.
Yes, within the selected package scope. We optimize the selected pages using clean on-page SEO practices, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, internal links, image SEO, schema, and technical page checks where included.
Sometimes. Image cleanup and better page structure can help, but full site speed or Core Web Vitals work is handled as a separate technical SEO or website performance project if needed.
Yes. We follow best practices and implement changes carefully, usually on a staging copy first, so updates can be reviewed before anything goes live. No risky automation, no spam tactics.
